Most of us are more than 15 years in the marine electronics industry. Every sales staff member is part of a team, which will assist you with getting what you need and when you need it.
2. What services do you provide?
We specialize in sale, installation and service of electronics for navigation, communication, fishing, entertainment, GMDSS and safety equipment on all kinds of recreational and commercial vessels. We sell. We install. We care.
3. Do you have all the products, listed on your site, in stock?
Most products are available in stock. If we do not have something you need, we will still have it delivered to you, though with a slight delay.
4. Do I pay VAT when purchasing from
VAT is not payable only by:
a. EU legal entities with a valid VAT registration number
b. By companies located outside the EU with the delivery address being outside the EU as well.
You have to register on our website with full company details including VAT number. After verification by our staff we will exclude VAT amount from invoice.
5. How often do you add new products to e-shop?
We are working constantly to increase our stock and products. New products are added to the shop daily.
6. Do you have a wish list option?
If a product you need is not listed online, please contact us and we will do our best to make it available for you.
7. What delivery services do you use?
For delivery within the EU we use only express courier delivery. Local pick-up is available for customers located in Cyprus. Delivery cost calculated automatically by our system based on equipment weight and delivery method. For those customers who wish to use their own courier or who hold an account with a courier company we offer a delivery service paid by receiver. For customers, located outside the EU, we use international courier companies. Please contact us for a delivery quotation (Price quotation will depend on weight and specification of purchased good).
8. What payments do you accept?
We accept payments via: bank transfers, cheques (only for customers, companies, located in Greece and Cyprus) and PayPal payments.
9. Do you do refunds?
In case you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, we guarantee you immediate refund. In the event you wish to return your purchase and get a refund you need to provide us a detailed reasoning for that.
